ACE provides an AI-powered customer engagement platform to its tenants. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to tenants and end users. This page is a placeholder pending completion of legal review and will be replaced with the final policy ahead of general availability.
Information we collect
We collect information that tenants provide directly (account details, billing information, knowledge-base content), data generated by use of the service (conversations, ratings, telemetry), and limited technical data needed to deliver the service securely (IP address, user agent, device fingerprints used for trusted-device sign-in).
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve the service, to bill tenants for usage, to comply with legal obligations, and to communicate service-related notices. We do not sell personal information. We do not train shared models on tenant data.
Your choices
Tenants can export, edit, or delete their data at any time from the admin portal. End users covered by GDPR or comparable regulations can request access, rectification, or erasure through the tenant operating their channel. For questions about this policy, contact privacy@ace.example.
