Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ACE platform. This page is a placeholder pending completion of legal review and will be replaced with the final agreement ahead of general availability.

Acceptable use

Tenants are responsible for the lawful use of the platform, including the content they upload, the agents they configure, and the channels they connect. Tenants must comply with all applicable laws and the rules of any third-party messaging providers (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.) used through the service.

Service availability

We strive for high availability and publish status updates when incidents occur. Service-level commitments and remedies, where applicable, are governed by the order form or enterprise agreement signed with each tenant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as-is. ACE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of use of the service. The full liability terms will be set out in the final agreement.
